Also, I'm not sure that a public broadcasting company is entitled to non-commercial licensing, because they have ads in the same page the trailer is embedded. Other people on ccMixter as well [5] thinks this is not quite regular...</p> <p>I've written a comment on the CBC blog [2] and I've tried to do the same on their youtube channel, asking for explaination.
