<description>&#60;p&#62;Magnatune only streams music on the Magnatune label. Presumably they have the rights to do so. There MAY be different interplay between CC NC and CC non-NC licenses and streaming royalties.  I really don't understand these issues to be honest. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will weigh in.

Are the streaming music services at CC sites like Magnatune threatened at all by these royalties? Is SoundExchange even allowed to collect royalties at all on CC content?
