i am in an artist collective. as part of our work we designed a warehouse which we intended to use for art events. like concerts, exhibitions, performances. in a way the whole place is our sculpture/installation.
then the conditions of having the place became completely inacceptable. we had to leave. now the owner wants to buy everything for very little money and do the art events himself using our image.
is there a way to protect our work at least in the way that it can not be used for commercial events or to force them to always show the names of the artist each time a part of the installation is shown on a photo or such?
