what happens when a text is translated

    wants to put cc license on work, yet still have control over translation. is this possible? what license to use?

    If you'd like control over translations, I'd suggest you pick one of the ND licenses.

    I'm curious though, if you decided to allow derivatives and multiple translations popped up, what's stopping you from endorsing one translation over another?
