    Hi,
    I am searching for an Open Souce-License like this:
    (C) (!) (by) (src) and maybe ($).
    Is there any license like this? I could not find one.

    I'll guess from the above that you want an open source license that requires attribution.

    Maybe you're looking for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Public_Attribution_License
