Can I licence a film A under CC (BY-NC-NDD) if it contains a picture B to which I do not have the rights?
I use the picture B as a quote- stating clearly, where I took it from and who has the rights to it.
Picture B is not CC though.
Can I still attribute a CC to the whole film A? Or do I have to excempt picture B?
I know no one can give legal advice here, but some first advice would be great.....
